ok, just get your basic permit to start!!!
whty make it harder than it HAS to be? Yes the other endorsements are good to have. I shouldnt think it would be much different if at all, but in ohio I had my permit and was in school before I passed my hazmat. In fact I was done with school had passed my road/skills stuff THEN completed the permitting for hazmat and got my hard copy license the same day.
While it may cost the price of the license later you can always add the endorsement later.

passed my test to get my Learners Permit. i figured to let everyone know the test they give on here, they do help BUT make sure you read the book aswell. some trick question THEY dont provide on the test on here, THEY will ask on the test when you go take it.
