Bulk requires clean shaven with no more than a mustache. You need to be able to make your respirator mask seal against you skin and hair has a chance of messing that up.

Ambient sensors and overspeed and no idle policies....they were the final straw for us. We came to SNI a year ago after a few false starts with some pretty bad companies. SNI restored our faith in the trucking industy. In the past year, we had the absolute best DBL and he was the main reason for sticking it out. I dont know if there is a clone of Sean out there or not, but I sure hope so. We never sat still. But the other issues....no apu, no inverters to run appliances that make OTR doable, and now ambient sensors and no idle policies....the need to earn a few dollars over rides everthing else, so we are off to seek our fortune elsewhere. The new company has some mighty big shoes to fill. We carry with us a very warm feeling toward SNI and everyone we have met. The new company has comparable equipment with apu's, 2500 watt inverters in all the trucks, refrigerators, governed at 68 mph, no tattle tale equipment, and as an added bonus, Rebel Lee, our Labrador, was welcomed with open arms. Time will tell if we made the right decision or not. If one day, SNI comes to its senses and starts thinking more of its drivers, we will come back, gladly. But for now.......each time we see a SNI truck, we'll wave and blow our horn at it, knowing that there are some really wonderful folks behind the wheel. When you see a Big M truck, and the bulldog logo, know that it might be us. I hope youll stop and say hello and meet Rebel. Hes been dying to hit the road with us, and now he can leave his mark all over the US, just like hes always wanted to.

Last time I checked, he was rolling with the bunk heater. I left the bunk heater on all night my 2nd night in Colorado. Got down to 10, I was fine, but even then, when I started the truck, it sounded like and felt like each piston was going to shoot thru the block, just like in Wyoming when it was -8......after that, anything below 10, I'm going to idle the truck.
Also another thing, expenses, what can we buy that we can cover over with expenses? I didn't know how to do expenses until I found bar codes like the proof of delivery, but they weren't the ones I needed so I ignored them. I finally found out the macro and we can log our expenses on any given assignment as long as send the macro, save the receipt, put that E bar code sticker on it, and transflow it with the rest of that trip sheet. Am I doing it right so far?

Anything below 15 the tractor should stay running. This helps prevent gelling in fuel, helps keep air flowing. Also do u all drain your air tanks at night? And your not setting trailers brakes I hope. H
