    Monitor the high beams. So companies can see which of their jackwagon drivers never dim their lights.

    Yea. Especially the volvo's that only seem to come with high beams from the factory anymore.

    I drive a Volvo. The low beams suck arse, you can barely see 20ft in front of you. Granted, that's no excuse to run with the high beams on all the time but I'd be willing to bet that's why a lot of drivers do.

    By the way, I'm a courteous driver and always dim for oncoming traffic...unless I forget.

    I've driven Volvos before, and I agree. The flashlights on the front of my 98 Pete 377 aren't much better.
