So mean!! Lol, i had to drop in mechanicsville the other night, was going ok, but when i pulled out of the dock i noticed that they put one of cases of meat back on my trailer. Come to find out, it was missing the label, and they wrote it off as a missing case. That place is now on my "places i absolutely HATE going to" list. Just delivered at warners and heading home.
FYI, make sure your p's'and q's are lined up when coming to NYS. I had lunch in the petro and had a clear view of the DOT's activity at the booth, i guess with that stupid HUT stickers coming back the NYSP are using that as another revenue enhancing tool.

Hey do any of you guys know if there is overnight parking at Associated Wholesalers in Robesonia,Pa
-
Dropped my trailer in holcomb...gotta pick up a load there tomorrow...but tonight I decided to spend at the truckstop in garden city....
Wish I could help ya on the parking....but I havent made it east of chicago for a couple of months...I hqve been spending most of my time in the west....its easy drivin out here...but ths deadhead sometimes really blows... -
Mushroom: Yes, there is. You can check in with security and they'll tell you which line to queue up in. They have several rows of tandem parking there on-site. There's also a bitty little truck stop literally across the street. I can't remember if they have a too-early-to-stay time, but a regular overnight stay is a go.
mushroom1464 Thanks this. -
Sitting in robesonia,pa at the reciever waiting on my 0500 appt, then off to Mechanicsville,VA to finish out the load. Heading home after that to enjoy a weekend at home...that's an interesting concept

Arrived in Sheldon yesterday evening to move into another truck. After mine was at the dealer four days last week, the Check Engine Light has returned. I said, enough is enough, this has been going on for six months. That was all I needed to say, I was offered another truck right away. Doug told me that VW is also about at the end of its rope with the DPF problems with the first round of 2011 KWs. He said it just seems to be one thing after another lately since the 2011's hit 275k miles.
Anyway, I'm in 738 now and now DEF! Have a Dakota City to Chicago load which isn't due until midnight tonight so I'll be in Sheldon for the morning. -
