I was about to start training at AIT today and was turned away being told that they were not accepting any new students. This is after my acceptance interview and at least one pre-hire with/from Werner Enterprises (I only have about 4 days of applying at this point). Does anybody know what happened to the California Campuses? I jumped online immediately when I arrived home and checked out the website both the Gardena and Fontana campuses were listed. After searching around for about an hour for other schools, I decided to check back at their website and both California campuses were no longer listed (although their phone numbers were still listed at the top of the webpage, but soon also disappeared). I would really appreciate any news/info. Thanks folks!![]()

I am curious about this also. I actually am a student at the California Gardena campus and halfway through the classroom part of their course. Today there was crazy #### going on at the campus and they sent all the reps home and we heard they are accepting no more new students. I'm hoping I get to complete this training as I have two pre-hires also. Anyone know what is going on with this?
Poster is correct. They have basically taken down their California websites, but their Vegas, Denver and Phoenix sites are still up. -
It appears to me the answer is obvious, it is shutting down at a minimum temporarily. As to why, who knows at this point.

From what I hear, some changes in Federal Financial Aid forced the Fontana and Gardena, CA campuses to close. The information is all so vague so I have no idea what happened really.
