Who is at falt and what will likely happen. I was on the off rampat a red light two lanes tge one I was in is the left lane that turns left and right. Then you got the one to the right of me that is just a right turning lane I know I was in the correct lane to turn from but when I stopped at a place to sleep not even. 03 of a mile this car comes in and says I hit her when I was turning I checked my mirrorsand didn't see any one their was a bus on the right of me. The cop said I was in the correct lane to turn in no 1 was cited. Sorry for any misspelled or confusion Did this on my phone.

I forever love my subcompact Glock 23 One Squeeze Of The Trigger until its empty. I know I'm off subject but I just love my Glock 23.

you didnt say whether you were turning right or left...if it was a right turn no question- you are at fault.
-
Keep the police report and notify your company.
-
I was turning right... just wondering how it is my falt? already told the company

You are at fault. You sshould have been in the right lane to turn right .
I don't understand why you were not thought that in school.
By being in the left lane turning right you placed the car into your blind spot .
You never want to put a car in that position if you have a choice .
By being in the right lane you can keep an eye on traffic and make the turn without hitting anyone or anything if you a patient and aware of your surroundings.
Always try to keep traffic on your driver side so you can keep an eye on them better.
At least that has always worked for me for the last 32 years but I have to admit I have never been to school or had a trainer to teach me the proper way to do it so I may be wrong . -
yeah that may go bad for you. even though it was a right turn lane. you always want to keep traffic from sneaking in from the right like that.

Important thing is...lesson learned?
Schools teach outside lane because it leaves you an "out" if needs be. But of course they assume you will turn wide enough that your trailer wont slide over into the inaide lane of the turn. Being on the outside means your more able to correct this if it should happen. Blind side of course complicates it a bit... -
BigByrd47119 and Pmracing Thank this.
