Start and find company

    Hello,
    I really looking for a answer on my biggest question...Are there companies in California or a neighbouring states who can help me getting a green card / Work visa to start working in USA because i am from Norway and love USA and to work there after i've been a couple of times for holiday (and some unofficial driving miles for fun in a city ;-) )
    CDL test and exam i can do my self if needed and i got already the practice tests here with me in Norway and looked into it already a lot... i've got around 20 years experience IN and OUTside of Europe.

    Marry a USA trucker, otherwise it may take years, if ever, to get a green card or H1B visa. cupidtrucker may help you, but that's up to you. I've been to Bergen, Norway and what a beautiful country & nice people. Of the 32 countries I've been to, Norway is the nicest.

    Your best bet is Knight Refrigerated out of California or Swift Transportation in Phoenix AZ. I don't know if they will recognize your experience from another country, but it's worth looking into. Another that uses alot of drivers from other countries is Werner Transportation in Omaha, NE. You can find all these companies on the net. Hope this helps and good luck.

    Chinatown & Prisoner of the road! thank you for the lovely comments and marry to a other trucker will be not happening :)
    But i am really to go look into those companies more..i already looked into those companies before and now it gives me a more boost to contact.
    How about what I've heard working in a canadian company who has roots in the USA?

    Check the chicago area companies also,

    they hire alot of eastern european drivers.
