What days you work and what you'll be paid are going to depend on what you run. Like my other post shows pay is on a sliding scale. When I first started I ran as much as possible and still was home every weekend. That weekend might have been Friday-Saturday or even Saturday - Sunday but that's trucking. If you want to know what your gonna make and run day after day then tell them you want a dedicated route and if ones open you'll most likely be put on it.

But I'll tell you if your looking for someone to hold your hand and wipe your butt then don't come here. To me one of the best things about it here is if your doing your job and not screwing around no one will bother you. If you need to be told what to do all the time, where to fuel, what roads to take, etc then keep looking. Not trying to be rude because I welcome anyone that wants to work here. Just over the crying.

    Good luck.

i have been driving long enough to know that dispatch is the key to everything the one request that i have made with each company i have worked for is to not be forced to run saturdays because of religous reasons out of the three companies i have worked for werner was the only one that had a problem with it. i have no problem working with minimum supervision just don't lie to me and everything is good. money wiseis it possible to make 800.00 to 1000.00 a week? and i can decide where to fuel no mandatory places you have to fuel at?

Yes it's possible and no ones going to tell you where to fuel. You'll be given a load and a delivery time.

I was wondering how they were towards fresh students out of CDL school and are they fair. I have been out of the Army since 2010 and been in college since but school is not for me so I went to CDL school and just got my CDL 14 Jan 2013. I ran into one of your drivers here in Ky fueling up the truck and he gave me his card and said this was the company to come to and told me how relaxed it was, a lot of home time and fair pay. What are your thoughts?
