2 pick-ups, 2 drops= tarp twice, twice.

if I was back into flatbed I wouldn't take it either, it's way under a fair rate. and it's going into a freight DEAD zone no way. $1.65 per mile is my fixed rate without driver pay. I know for afact that load should pay at least $7K with 2 pick ups and 2 drop offs it obviously should be more. the last flatbed load I had in 2012 paid me from California going into Canada with 2 pick ups and one drop off I made $11K.

running miles are 3798 for $5526.
that works out to $1.45 a running mile.
Into a DEAD hole with a long bounce most likely happening.
plus tarping 4 times for $50 each time.
plus adding in any additional money for tolls or added miles to avoid toll roads.
Uh.....
No....
It's not even close to a fair rate. -
A fair rate is $4.00 a mile

10 foot pole applies to this load

The miles are short by a min. of 300 and that is never seeing interstate across OR (yikes). Then you have the toll roads of IN, OH, NY. This load is a stinker, no doubt as only fools go into the Northeast at under $2, no matter the long haul. It seems Blanche is personally offended by this, but 1.62 after factoring out tolls and to tarp and untarp for a two pick/two drop load going to the Northeast in the middle of winter, is slightly low by a lot.
The operating cost of a carrier has nothing to do with the determination that this is a stinky load. I have a super low operating cost myself, with a truck that has been paid off for over 4 years, yet I still averaged $2.10 per mile last year, to the truck, for ALL miles.NavigatorWife and Mommas_money_maker Thank this. -
i'd go broke hauling loads like that if Blanche thinks it's such a great load her should jump on it
