Don't need a Mac 22 when I KNOW that the delivery window is 0001-2359. I did send a Mac 34 to change my ETA/PTA from 1200/1230 to 0930/1000.

A while back I remember getting a message on the Qualcom which basically stated that before you send a Mac 22 find out what the actual delivery window is because chances are you do not need to send the Mac 22 at all. That's what I've done on nearly every load with a Plus 1 window I accept. Less stress.

    Scotty,

You REALLY need to get away from your DM. I NEVER have to put up with the crap (from my DM) that you mention here. Last time I dropped a live load I of course got the message saying I couldn't do that. I simply sent a message stating that I was doing what the customer wanted and left.

As for the drug test, did they send you a message over the Quacom?

At the J in Limon, CO.

Got to spent 1:15 hrs sitting on 287 north of Amarillo because of a head-on accident. Seems someone went southbound on the northbound lanes, killed all involved. Interesting thing is how close I came to being involved. Had I not taken a 30 minute break at the J in Amarillo I would have been at the accident scene at the time of the accident. Somebody is looking out for me!

They usually don't, in my experience.
It is a phone call only.

However, giving 60 minutes to drive nearly 60 miles is clearly unreasonable.

Scottie, agree with Steve on the one issue, if the customer says drop then you drop. This has happened to me many time in the two years here, and when I was attached to PHX, it was always a problem, and now where I am at, never a problem. Just a quick message to my DM, and the problem is taken care of. As far as a random while on the road, there is no time limit to get where you have to go. Many times there is not even a place to take a truck and trailer so need time to drop trailer and still get to the testing center. Ans yes, a random on the road, it is a phone call and not on the QC, but your DM was a arse.

Still at home. KW called me this afternoon, best case scenario, Friday afternoon, worst case, Monday afternoon since they are closed on Sunday and all depends on when the drive line shows up. Taking out a loan to pay the balance. As far as mentor class, looks like end of FEB now. DM agrees that need to get some miles before taking time off for class.

Correct, if open window, then all that you really have to do is when send in ldd call, say eta and pta. Really do not need MAC 34
