Yeah I didn't see until the last second, was busy planning my slalom route, around potholes and avoiding oncoming traffic.

Those pot holes can be tricky sometimes. Those local drivers have the speed down for them though, if you ever watch them you will see what I mean.
(Really hope one of you says what I'm thinking!) -
Terrible night. Don't even wanna say the stupid thing i did but lets just say im not happy with myself. Not only that i had to go in to hos vialation to get to the nearest place to park. An if people wudnt park like idiots you cuda fit 10 more trucks in there. So even tho they don't want us to im park on the ramp. :/

Got alas going out to Washington state. Don't have tire chains though, so going to see of Appleton has any.
-
If you go to off duty and log out of the Qualcomm or whatever system is in the truck and shut it off it won't log anything. I've done this after getting unloaded past my 14 so I could find a place to park without it telling me I'm in violation of something.DrtyDiesel, technoroom and Bayle Thank this.

That's what I always did too.

They don't track your miles without hours at Roehl? Interesting.
-
The miles are recorded on the truck, just not attributed to anyone if not signed in, that's why you sign out when it goes in for service in case they do a test drive, and why when you do sign in, it asks there are such and such miles/hours, do you want to add them to your log.
-
I know right, but there should also be a gap in the office side of things. Roehl is responsible for tracking those miles, otherwise they are assisting your in falsifying your logs.Treefork Thanks this.

Well, never got my bunk heater fixed, so I'm deadheading from Chicagoland to Appleton to get some real repairs. Sweet.
