Blowouts suck but at the same time they always amaze me. How tough is a truck tire casing and what kind of effort and power would it take to rip a tire to tiny shreds, if you did it manually, by hand? To blow a tire to pieces it a split second... Like i said before, it boggles my simple mind...
Have a trailer with SS single tires. Trailer gets abused badly and is always heavy. Run caps on it and have lost 3 to blowouts. Always a big bang with those tires.

200 psi on a truck us unheard of but it was BNSF, a rail road. Do trains operate at 200 psi?

" a LP 22.5 tire spins around 524 times per mile...at 64 mph, that is 559 revolutions per minute...." Want to do that math again? Maybe watch the tires rolling on a truck you're passing? That's almost 10revs/second...not going to happen.

According to my math it is 8.3333333333333 revolutions per second at 60 mph.So maybe you should check your math.
