Don't know if this means anything but I was with a friend when he picked up some equipment from a Cat dealer up near Sacramento Cat financial had 10 or 20 of these guys trucks all 07's and junk.parked way out back in the field sorry if it's off topic just thought I throw that out there

 

I drove for Hendrickson back in the early 2000's, and I saw another driver punch Ken in the face. I'm surprised he's still there, but I read in another thread that they finally fired him.

Sorry to hear they haven't changed much in the last 10 years.

 

The guy said he was doing eight months. As in the joint. Lighten up on him.

 

Sounds like some pretty legitament gripes, I've only herd of one other DM getting threatened to get his ### kicked in my time and he deserved every bit of it.

 

ag1065 - that's the same kind of ###### they pulled on my hubby! He no longer works for them but I could tell you horror stories! Stay away from this company! I'll post more in a few days (after we get his last W2 and no longer have to depend on them for ANYTHING).

Just tired of jumping to a conclusion.
The Office needs a true Leader. A competent person with a direction. A visionary. People need a purpose and something to acheive.
Drivers have no incentive . Guess I can't complaine about the staffs intolerance of Drivers when Drivers are intolerant of Drivers.

This is serious Business there is a high demand on everyone . I am suspicious that way too much is ask of individuals in the office..
They fixed the Driver recruiting problem.now I hope to see Competence and incentive for the Office.

Sorry to hear this but it happens often in this wicked industry: This is where the ATA or DOT/FMCSA should step in and demand/issue mandatory administration level drug testing concentrating on alcohol abuse, cocaine and meth use from the CEO/President, Director of Operations, Safety Dept, and Dispatchers and release the results to the national drug testing agency(s) for viewing by drivers/ law enforcement etc, and then reported on in the Truckers Report..... lock and load & aim high!
