Start by eliminating the small things don't leave your TV, Xbox plugged in when not in use, they do continue to draw even when they are off. Next how old is your cooler, Igloo or Colman? as mine get older they begin to draw more power until eventually burning out. Is it a company truck? some companies remove batteries from trucks to save money. You might have a truck with only 3 instead of the 4 required. I know you have said you have had them checked but some of these techs now are hands off types. (the machine says there good) Make sure all of the posts and cables are clean and the cables are secured. Being a new truck it's probable something small like a loose connection or bad ground. If your able follow the wires to the starter and alternator, make sure they are secure. Good luck

The Amp meter pictured shows if there is any current being drawn... it's a simple on/off device that clamps over your negative or positive (it'll just read +/- depending on hookup) battery cable. then, do as advised... pull fuses or plugs one at a time until you find the source of the current draw.
Good advice and they aren't expensive.
Keep us posted... I too would like to know what you find.

Were the batteries checked induvidualy or as a set ? I they were not check induvidualy I would say you might have one that has a dead cell and is pulling the others down .
keepitsimple Thanks this. -
This may be a more common problem than you realize. The company I am leased to is having the same problem with most of the new KW t660's they have. All the drivers I speak to are saying its doing what yours is. Flat batteries after being parked up do a day or two. It could be a manufacturing issue kenworth is having.
