I'm no longer working with them, nothing against them I just fell sick and took some extended home time and turned-in the truck. Overall good company and good people, really make you feel like you belong to the family. I started with and old FLD120 (flattop) old but ran like new, I sort of liked that truck to be honest! After a week they put me in a new Cascadia, top of the line with power windows and all that good stuff, the sleeper had nice windows too so you didn't have to feel like you are in a box all day. They also remove the passenger sit and let me put a refrigerator and microwave on its place. The only con's I saw were that dispatch didn't work on night, but you would barely get any nighttime deliveries, so that's good too. But if you do, you better call that receiver and find out how much the lumper fee would bee so you can get your check before going there. Dispatch also worked only a couple of hours during the weekend, most weekends you will be home, but if you were out you would sit for quite some time if you weren't pre-planned, but they are usually pretty good on pre-planning. My dispatcher was an awesome person, always had a calm and polite demeanor. When you are first hired and you go to the Missouri office you have to take a reefer training directly on thermo-king, they will let you use a company vehicle and you drive yourself there. When I switched trucks, they put me in a hotel overnight because my truck needed a PM on the Freightliner, so they let me bobtail to the hotel then take the truck to the dealership next day. I was southeast regional, pretty much the same customer most of the time, you see a lot of I-95 and a little I-75, mostly up to Virginia, but I went as far as the most northern part of Vermont at one point. Never met a driver who was whining or talking bad about the company. Overall, it's one of the best companies I've seen, the pay could have been better but nevertheless they are all respectful and polite people, brand new well-kept equipment, home most weekends, regional runs, dispatchers that now what they are doing, small company, family atmosphere. Like I said I would have been there still but after leaving I think I blew my chances of going back.
