I agree with Balakov100, this is trucking! Not sure what you mean by "profile is full of ####". One company will be good for some and not for others and visa-versa. You can always go work for someone else. I for one would gladly take your spot and your truck.

i thought 414 hit a wall last week,if so then maybe thats why there are no miles.seems like somepeople arn't getting miles because they just don't get out and run and would rather sit in a truck stop then take care of buisness.and as far as i am concern u can take ur attitude and drive some where else.as long as i have been driving i never had a problem with miles any where i've driven.fre is a good company if u know how to take care of buisness.if it dos'nt work for u then do us all a favor and move on.

I have a Walmart delivery in New Caney at 3PM Monday. Sat load planning sent me 2 more plans with all in a different state on the same day. Felix and I had a good laugh! Now I have a preplan from Houston to Loveland.
I was sick last weekend up til Tuesday and not many miles but I have done ok.
I know a driver that got an $81.00 and $200.00 ck on consecutive weeks. What I don't understand is why load planning and fm arent on top of this.

It seems a bit odd to me as we'll. Especially with Mark in Omaha helping out. I've found if you reach out for help with a good attitude here, you get a good response. If your mean and nasty, I wouldn't help you either.

Okay, now you're all freekin me out! I know in trucking sometimes it's slow and other times you run the wheels off, but $81.00? I can't live on that or even $200.00. Is it just a select few getting the miles/money?

no just the way it go's somtimes i've had feast and famon since i've been here same as anywhere else. hell even when i owned a truck some weeks i went in the hole on a load or two, but you will see it evens out by the end of the month, as far as the trucks breaking down just bad luck , or lack of paying attntion to what they need before they go down.... i drove 419 for 2 weeks with a bad update till i could shut down to get it right, ran like #### but made it work...

There are alot of factors, mostly doesnt happen. Dont worry things will improve. I dont put any weight into that negative post. No credibility, no one knows them.

When the gaurenteed pay goes through, it really won't matter.

And yes Gopher, we all know you don't want it :)

Ok first you start with this:
Then you end up with this:
If that is the truck that went thru a fence and it is your truck then I would have to say. No miles because of no job. If it isnt the truck that did that then onlu you know what happen. So I ask this. Did the breakdown happen due to the truck messing up or you messing up? Are you setting at home just waiting for the truck to get fixed? Did you ask if there is another truck you can jump in while you wait for your truck to be fixed? Did you call and talk with your FM or Mark ans ask about getting paid breakdown pay while you wait? If you can type it out please let us know what is going on instead of jumping in and making a butt of yourself. A little back story if you will. So that way we all can see what is going on and not just you.

As far as the low pay goes it does happen. But it happens at any trucking company. it could be from taking hometime and not having many days to run a lot of miles, waiting on a plant to load your trl or having to set in a shop to fix a trl another driver left without having it fixed first. It doesnt happen a lot. If you can manage your home time to drive time good then it will less then change but you will still have the chance that you will have a low week. I had a week with no pay. But the week I took off for christmas vacation.

lol. I wonder if Plat thinks my post was negative? I just mentioned what the driver told me and I knowhim well enough to accept what he says as truth. And if any of you think I am phoney enough to paint it all roses then you don't live in reality.
Runnin, you will find that some drivers take an apple to the teacher everyday so to speak. Stay away from them. Say it like you see it but see it and don't borrow opinions.
The management in this company will listen to you and they all respect an honest opinion. Efon was correct about a positive approach being the way to approach someone with your issues. This is trucking and there is good and bad in all companies but one big difference here is you have a voice. You don't have to be a "Yes" man to do well here. Just be a pro and let them know when you have an issue.
Plat,I am not against the guarantee money but I am against giving up certain things for it until I see the plan laid out in front of me. And just like you I haven't seen it and because so and so said it would be good isn't enough for me. Borrowed opinions aren't credible to me!
