I doubt TSC/KAG is going to match immediate vesting of Enterprise's 401k match, or continue the Enterprise funded 4% retirement savings program. The immediate 401k vest, company funded retirement savings account, 5 personal days and monthly vacation accruals really separated ETC's pay package from the run of the mill trucking company. I hope someone with a Prostar quits. I would love to dump this tiny Volvo for Prostar.

Frock, sad to say but you may be right about the benifits. I work at the Charlotte terminal and the KAG people are coming in tomorrow. Guess I'll find out whats gonna happen then. I'm in one of the older 9400's, would like to get in a Prostar myself. Only drawback is they are heavier than the other trucks.

Can't wait till KAG closes Channahon & W. Memphis. From what I'm hearing it's in the works. YAAAAAY

I didn't make it to the meeting, but got there later. Took drug test, road test, and a mountain of paper work. From what I've learned we will be Transport Service. Insurance, 401K, will change. This will start Feb 1st, so be sure to get your paper work in so you will get your new insurance cards asap. Service does offer quartly safety bonus and I hear that we will receive a bonus if we stay for a year. Don't hold me to any of this, this is just some of what I've been told.

I work for Disttech also apart of Kag and I'm on salary but I actually make way more than my salary.

KAG only has PPO. Life insurance for driver only. No long/short term disability. Guess I gotta sue them if I get hurt on the job. 401k is with Well Fargo. All of this is in effect 2.1.13. ETC central dispatch is in corporate in Houston & they have to evacuate. I can't see having 2 central dispatches. Love to see all of them (ETC)disappear.

I work out of the Baytown Tx yard and since we became TSC I've had as much work as I want...vacation will not change until next year so you better use it...also pay is to stay the same until next year, but information on that seems to be quite a bit harder to find..no hourly guys sitting around riding the clock...dispatch is pretty much the same..paperwork has been a little more simplified..things seem good so far and the people from KAG seem friendly and professional enough. As with all things in trucking, we'll see what happens after the "honeymoon."

I have yet to see a re-branded TSC tractor that wasn't pulling an Enterprise trailer. Are the trailers still owned by Enterprise and KAG just bought the tractors and drivers? TSC is not a bad company. I know a couple of guys who were happy there before they bought Enterprise
