Nope but when I lived there I dropped my trailer at the Americold in Streetsboro, or at Nestle's in Solon. But as far as official drop yards I don't believe there are any.

In reference to hometime? We don't use drop yards for that... it's a convenient drop 'n hook customer for the trailer, and you bobtail home with your tractor.

Hmm, thats odd, I use the one in Stockton, CA all the time to drop my trailer for hometime, then bobtail the 225 miles home. See that way Prime does not have to pay me to drag an mty trailer to Sparks, and then an mty back to Chico, CA (Where I normall pick my load up coming out of home time). So after home time I bobtail back to the Stockton drop yard to grab a trlr then go to Chico.

Hmmm I get paid all miles. In and out of the house, drop trailer near or far from home. Bobtail too. Yes, I've had a couple of 200 milers BT for home time.

ive dropped and or picked up empties in drop yards, customer yards, even other trucking company terminal yards!

My first load out of the house reads on my statement:

last load 90, drop trailer loc, home loc, pickup trailer loc, load pickup loc, delivery loc.

When you are empty and given a location to drop your trailer are you sent the standard message asking you to send a macro 27?

On going home, I get them at empty, again once I've dropped the trailer and again when I'm ready to leave the house. Upon leaving the house I never get the actual load info sent until I'm under an empty trailer... Unless its a Bobtail pickup load.

Each time I get a macro 27 request by itself, I assume its my FM tacking on a leg to the trip. Its almost similar when I drop off or pickup a trainee underload. however The load info is entirely redispatched with updated load miles. The trip is broken up for the different pay scales.

They've always pointed me toward a customer location so they can get another load on the trailer ASAP... maximize equipment utilization. But yeah, maybe I should have posted less absolutely.

You've never dropped a load or empty at RTCDEN for hometime?
