Well like I said in my previous post, check those 2 seams that run front to back on the roof. They're notorious for not being sealed correctly and you know water will take the least path of resistance.
moblue Thanks this. -
Thanks guys. I will check off all your suggestions. I just hope I don't get mold.

The windows are the big problem, ( new Style windows ) Especially the upper bunk Windows's.
-
Yeah I agree, I wish they had kept the previous style. I never had a problem with leaks at all with my '06 and these things here I find you get no air flow at all.

I tore out my whole interior to find out the water is coming in just above the windshield there a gap that not sealed. Get a caulk gun 50 year silicone and fill this gap side to side make sure it dry and clean to get a good seal. Volvo filled the two groves that run on both sides of the roof the from the bottom to the top this did not help. I also had my sky window resealed did not help. once it filled that gap no leak of any kind in four years.

I'm almost sure that mine is leaking from some of those areas. i'm going to start with the two seams. I went up and took a look and there are small cracks in those seams. I will have to see if they have silicone that matches my paint.

Will have to have a chat with volvo. We shouldn't be having water come into the cab at all unless you left a window open.

I drive a 2008 610 Volvo and it is doing the same thing, and it has the leak near the overhead lights on both driver and passenger side. I got up on top of the sleeper and tried to find any leaks near the qualcomm, cracks, etc. I couldn't find anything. It only started after it rained down here several days, and when I made a turn, the upper compartments over the driver's head started pouring out water in the corners each time I made a turn. It sounds like I have an aquarium above my head right now. My truck does not have any sleeper windows, and I think I have it narrowed down to the windshield since it seems to be specific to this area, and the roof liner is not wet at all.
I appreciate the suggestion to caulk the windshield, I will take a look and see if I can eliminate the leak. Moblue, keep us posted as to if that fixes your problem. -
The gap is about 1 inch above windshield it is where the roof is mounted to the cab. Once you fill this gap you will be happy and dry!
