I would not suggest Titan Transfer. I know a man that got sick while in their truck and had to have emergency surgery...they fired him while he was still under a surgeon's care and they cancelled his health insurance and through him over into Cobra at $1800 a month. So not only did he not have income but he didn't have the money to pay for his health insurance that he needed.
Also, they sell a disability policy with their health insurance that only pays for like two months. You are ask what amount per week you want to take out and then after you apply for it...you find out that it only pays a percentage of the amount you applied for...but they don't tell you that up front. Also... a good part of their insurance is self-insuranced and it takes 4-6 months for the claims to be paid and then by that time the providers are suing you.

Lollypop Lady is so right, i was a night dispatcher and watched management take great joy in finding ways to starve or force drivers to leave the company if they didnt do as told. unless you were a team female you didnt have a chance. no one in the daytime dispatch had ever been in a truck. encluding the manager. tommy was a good man but as always let a younger generation take over and the all mighty dollar goes to their head. i seen Phillip and his wife assemble all the gifts for their kids one Christmas, enough for an orphanage, the first year drivers were told sorry! and dispatchers took cuts! saturday health care was a joke for anyone that went! i watched some good drivers leave there. i left with no notice, just left the door key in my desk. never look back at it. they in turn did not pay me for the last 2 weeks of pay. guess they needed the money more than i did. so i advise you take a hard look, Curtice can make it look so good!

I have over 15 years of driving experience. No accidents or tickets. Stopped driving after going thru a divorce, did not drive for 6 years. Have recently started driving for a baf company, local/regional for the past seven months. Not the best job, but looked everywhere for a driving job. Looking to get back with a reputable company and out of this company that only pays 350 per week. Do any of you think that Titan would give me a chance to prove myself? As I stated before, I have no accidents or tickets over the course of my driving time. Thanks for your honest answers!

I know a father and son that worked there for over 5 years as a team and they treated them pretty good. I think the only reason they left was they got tired of teaming with each other lol. I live in Paris myself. Shoot me a pm if you like, I may have you a lead on a company, if you don't already work for them Lol. A hint they are in Gleason.
