Howdy all! My name is David. I've been meaning to break into the truck driving industry for several years now but never really had the wherewithal to actually do it. NOW is the time, seeing as how it's 2013. I love to drive and I figure "Why not get paid to do what I love to do?!" I am having a bit of a problem, however. I took the DoT physical and everything. Now I'm looking for a company that is hiring that would be willing to assist me in acquiring my CDL license as well as provide me with a job. I'm not too picky about which industry the particular job is in, although I'm thinking I'd like to work for a crude company, or something like that. If there's anyone out there that can help me, that would be greatly appreciated. I will conduct further research on this site and others as well.
Anyways, a little about me..... I'm 33 years old, single, and live in Texas. I am a huge fan of big rigs ( even tho I don't know how to drive one nor can I tell you which one I'd prefer to drive..... yet ), computers, bowling, camping, fishing, books and movies. I'm really looking forward to getting out there and meeting my fellow truckers and putting rubber to asphalt! I hope to hear or see y'all around!!
Howdy!
