This is too funny, at least to someone who isn't going through it. If you dump this guy or he quits maybe I'll see you in WVC before I pick up my trainer next week. It would be nice to meet you. In fact if any of you pass through in the next week, I'd like to meet you as well. I might even buy you lunch.![]()

Well I got rid of the bad trainee, now I'm preset out to return to WVC next week to get a new student and try again. Hopefully I'll get one of the guys or gals that has been on here and has at least got a clue. I really did all I could do with this last guy, he just "jumped off the boat before he knew how deep the water was". The whole truck driving LIFESTYLE just didn't agree with him. He claimed he'll be back in 30 days and he said he was requesting me to be his trainer again, God I hope that day doesn't come.. LoL

idk how you guys can train. you have more patience than i do thats for sure. its so hard living with someone new all the time and dealing with them. it takes a special breed to do it

It's not to bad, most of the students I've had have been pretty motivated and were quick learners. Training is like everything else, there's an idiot in every crowd. This includes the trainer pool!

It looks like you'll be here before I head out, so if you'd like to meet up send me a private message and we'll see if we can work it out. As you know my time isn't always my own but maybe we can have lunch and shoot the breeze.

Freaking cold in Albany, NY. Knew I should have stayed in FL.

To the driver that had to stay in the truck for a day or two while the trainer had an appt.
It is the trainers duty to provide for you a place to stay, out of the truck when those things happen. They should have paid for a hotel for you.
At least that was the rule when I was at Central. I saw too many trainees that would not stand up for themselves sitting in a truck, with no real access to food or a restroom for 2 days while trainers were at home.
If a trainer is going home, that is fine. They must provide a place for the trainee to stay, and pay for that place.GypseeWind and Lady K Thank this. -
Hey guys, new guy again. In your opinion, who would be the best recruiter to talk to at Central? I spoke to Wanda a couple of months back and now can pull the trigger to move forward. Wanda is not answering or returning my calls is why I ask.
