Really what are you talking about. Mike did not shut down. He is not up north. Like where do you get your info. What's his mom got to do with anything. You really have some issues.

I can not believe that the government would let him operate again. He took me for twenty thousand. Yet he replied that all his creditors were taken care of??? I have paperwork showing he still owed.. Its a crime that he can get away with this.. If you want to stiff the big companies fine but what about the one owner small company that had to sell their house in order to get by.. Yes Perry and Donna lets hope what goes around comes around.. enjoy your homes in Maui and your lodge in Northern Saskatchewan.. Wonder how they sleep at night?

Matkelly-- Hello are you still with Mr. Shrigley? I know Perry very well and I hope that you have given lots of thought to your future with his company. There are better companies to work for. I have hired trucking companies to work for me on different business ventures and have made it a priority to make sure they were paid well, and on time. Integrity, honesty, respect, and compassion are essential in running any business. This you will find lacking with many business owners of the day. Once you find one with these rare qualities, a good company, work hard, and you will reap what you sow. Do your homework. Keep the wheels rolling.

I gotta say that anyone who signs on with an outfit without doing their homework is a moron and get what they have comin to em as in this case. Its not the 60's or 70's anymore n nothing can be honestly be done with a handshake anymore and anybody who doesnt know that has no business getting involved in any type of business. I know a shop they use periodically and half the time they cant even pay their shop bill...

The company was not forced into receivership but, put into a situation by the principal/managing owner, to avoid another inevitable reality, which will soon come to pass. Business owners should learn to live up to responsibilites that are binding in our judicial system, and that too will come to pass, in this situation.

CbarM --- Dishonest people don't make Morons of honest people. Dishonest people are quite capable of managing that concept without blinking an eye, on their own. Most of us still have faith in mankind, and it is the cornerstone of doing business in the first place. Writen contract are better than handshakes in all business ventures? I quess the concept of receivables means nothing to you? You were doing business in the 60's and 70's? I venture to surmise that you feel the trucking industry is unique to dishonesty in business dealings, and business in general? That is why we shouldn't get involved in it? I know far more about this whole situation, specifically, and was merely try to give "Matkelly" a bit of friendly advise. Please don't make the poor gent feel poorly or embarrased that he may have had trust in someone. Thank you.
