well, first off, RUN AWAY FROM JAX lol I lived there for 25 years, great city, but going downhill rapidly. I moved aless than 2 yrs ago, and couldn't be happier!
You own't have any issues getting home (esp xfer to P-Cola terminal) and the Bagel Bites load is great! I would come back from Hometime on a Monday/Tuesday, they would d/h me to Ft Myers and then run them to Ontario, OR. It was a total of 3k miles for that run.

 

Yeah, they had me do Columbia Crest in Wa to Tampa, then Bagel Bites to Ontario. One trip a week, enough time to reset on each leg. If that was my route, I think I would be very happy. As for Jax, that's where all my family moved to, so that's why I wanna be there. Unfortunately, there is no good truck parking near JAX, when I took hometime there I had to park just over the GA border. (actually it is Fernadida Beach)

 

I just attended the "fuel economy" class with May and they are telling me 55mph in ALL states period.

 

Interesting. How do you feel about that?

 

Hmmmm weird. I think you may have misunderstood. I just talked to kermit two days ago and its 55 in cali n orgeon 60 every where else. If I was told 55 every where. I'd quit or continue to drive 60 in the other 46 states.
