Yes he can ride, no he can't help you. The way around that, if he had a CDL, DG does have a few teams out there, but the pay is horrible. You'd be lucky to get .15 a piece per mile, and you would split the stops and trailer unload. So combined, .30/2, $16/2, and $39/2, which means each person will get .15 per mi, $8 per stop, and 19.5 every time the trailer is completely empty.
