    You got more than one incurable disease?

    you already told everyone you were diabetic when you were hoping to set up a weight room and fitness club in your trainers truck.

    If that's the cat out of the bag then help some other diabetic make sure he knows what to expect when he arrives.

    If you got some other incurable disease, then fine, by all means you don't have to disclose it if you're not comfortable....
