    That is why im so confused. It says bring a form of id like birth cert. passport etc. Can anyone from pa help who took there cdl permit test recently.

    I cannot remember what I needed but I do remember going there and grabbing a free book on the requirements and testing procedures. I am sure your local DMV would have the guide and I would ask the guy behind the counter while I was there. That's what I did.
