Landstar O/O info?

Thanks for that info Volvo. Its good that they dont hire just anybody. Just gonna keep my ducks in a row and get my experience. i like the idea of being able to run how you want to run thats very appealing to me. what do you think the chances of buying a 2nd truck are? i know it starts making everything more complicated, but if you could find a good driver and have a way to set him up with freight would it be worth it?

 

makes sense. I would thing if you had two trucks to at least have one paid off. Just makes good financial sense.

 

Volvo, check out the private section here at TTR just for Landstar BCO's. My contact info is there and I'm looking for good people to keep on regular runs that pay fairly decent.

 

I am currently subleasing and truck thru an associate, will that be a problem getting on with LandStar if we produce a power of attorney and all of the appropriate truck papers?

 

Hey Volvo, are you still currently with Landstar? I saw your other thread and looks like you went back to company driver as US Xpress?

 

Do thoes rates include fuel surcharge?
