I agree, but then again I am a little biased.

If you've never driven the Mdrive or even a IShift I say you go drive one, if you don't like driving one, then you don't wanna like it, I'm not saying I don't like the ol 13speed, but if you drive one I swear it'll change your view of them

I have never driven one, a place I used to work running a dump bucket had macks with 485hp + Mdrives and Allisons and those things were FAST, especially empty from a dead stop.

I ran one of a couple Western Stars with 13 speeds.

I tested the IShift out in a "Demo" truck from Volvo and I thought it handled the snow very nicely, it's sure better then that Meritor p.o.s.

The Mack M-Drive is amazing. i test drove one about 2 years ago when it first came out in the Mack and I was amazed how easily it pulled the 46k I had in the tank. It never missed a gear and the tank surge didn't effect it at all. And on a steep incline it held itself in place and took off w/o an issue. If I were to ever buy a brand new truck, it would most likely be a Rawhide with the MP8 and M-Drive for sure.

Cluck Cluck and Logan76 Thank this.

Sitting in Eloy, AZ at the T/A till Monday morning. Got my 120 day inspection done and now I'm out of stuff to do. Probably re-organize my tool boxes and stuff tomorrow when it quits raining. Other than that, sleeping in and eating some greasy food it looks like for me LOL
