How does a trucking company know if you omitted a previous employer? Do the find out by what is in your DAC report? Weather it was by accident or on purpose.

If they report to DAC (your old company) then yes it will be on your DAC (not all companies report)

If your new company checks your DAC (not all run your DAC) but all will call your previous employer for a work reference...

SO if they do not report to DAC then a new employer would not know about a previous employer If I do not tell them correct???
