I thought they were doing a mass exodus to Texas and other parts that really shouldn't be letting them in.

 

Yep.....Some think it's "Fair Exchange"....Cali's "best and brightest" are leaving the state (I hope to be among them...Still trying to convince the wife to move....) to Tejas, NV, and AZ.....And in exchange....Cali takes those other state's Welfare recipients.....Because they "Make The Best Voters".....:smt017

 

You should come up here where we have things like "seasons" and a constitutional amendment that prevents any tax from being passed without a full vote by the people.
