dropped off load in paris tx and picked up another six mile away going to cnroe tx for tomorrow morning. so i drove to a loves 15 min. from drop. leave here around 5 am

 

another load offer...chino to st louis..to pu the 31st...snag it if you can...even with mt miles from no cal....cant hurt to ask your dm right?....i been trying to get a hold of my dm to put my pta out a week....

 

Here in Caycee, SC. Was sent a pplan, only problem, it delivered in Rockford, IL on the 2nd of Feb, and I have a home request in for 2/6 in PHX. Also planner comments, please pu and del on time. Supposed to be in PHX for mentor class on the 7th and my DM supposedly placed that in the remarks section for my truck, and according to ECT last night, it was no where to be found, so hence, the home request. Took them 8 hours to remove the pplan.

 

Well, the load I got from Sacramento is going to Chino. It was a t-call from Lathrop.
Delivers 0700 on the 31st.
And that load you mentioned is, I think, the preplan I got a couple hours ago. Picks up at 1400 and delivers 2/5, both live. A JIT load.
Yup, I snagged it.

 

So I waited all day for my windshield to get replaced. Went to the service desk several times to check on the status. Wastold I have air bubbles in my fuel tank, and would have to wait till tommorrow. Ok, so im getting ready to go to sleep about five minutes ago, and I get a knock at my door. The second shift guy asks me what I need. Huh?! Ok, so I explaine the whole story. Come to find out, nobody ever put me in the system. Even though I spoke to the service desk several times, and to the tech that worked on my truck. Are you serious? So now I not only lost my 2300 mile load, but I probably wknt even get my miserable fifty bucks breakdown pay! Oh and the window guys came and went and didnt even touch my truck. These shops are getting worse and worse. Their rude, and act like your dumb if you ask them anything about the truck. Theres gotta be someone I can complain to. This is totally unacceptble. Someone with the power to make things happen should have these people start towing the line. Wake up swift shops get your act together!

 

684 miles today ... picked up at our favorite shipper in Port Allen and delivered in FL ... all against a crosswind with flying branches and pine cones bouncing off the truck ... J on the 75 in FL.

 

why my truck never goes into a swift shop, ever..

Calling human resources today. I'm so agravated it's not even funny. If the shops think their gonna get away with this, thier wrong. I went to the SERVICE desk, wheres my service?

 

I HATE LAS VEGAS! I'm a lousy gambler and KNOW IT!

They hit me with a preplan as I was leaving the last rest area in CA on I-15. I should have turned it down as I ended up late for delivery. My fault, didn't take the time to check it before I accepted it. Not sure if I'll get a service failure or not. Customer could care less if I was on time or not.
