But no tarps I think it will be great to finally have my own truck. Plus I looked for you in Little Rock but I didnt see you or if I did I didnt know it. I asked around for you but no one knew you by no tarps but they did find it funny you working for Maverick with a name like that.By the way I hope you get to feeling better and I hope to see you on the road soon.:biggrin_25514:

Just waving a hand at you NoTarps. I got your pm but don't have enough posts to reply yet. I just joined this site last month. I'm home for x-mas vacation right now. I'm off till jan 2. My student flew back home for the holidays and wont b back till then. So i'm off all week. Just thought I'd say hi. I live around Little Rock,AR and train drivers for Maverick. If anyone has any questions about Maverick training program or Maverick in general. Let me know.

As a trainer, how easy is i to teach guys who are used to driving vans to deal with the different manuverability of the trucks? How many of your loads do you tarp?

It did not take me long to adjust to a spread axle. Loaded it can be a little rough some times. It will vary on tarping.

hey notarps,do you know if Maverick will give you a hard time if something comes up,and you have to turn down your turn for orientation...will they give you a choice of coming in later down the road....I might have run into some family problems and Im not sure if I will be able to go now for a month or so...do you have any info on this...thx
