Looking for a job

I'm 25 yeas old I own a house I'm looking for a regonial joh who will hire me.
I just got my cdl today. I have completed 221 hour course. Crete said no us xpress said probably not etc

I called crete carrier 1/21/13 and talked to a gentleman and he told me my
application was approved and asked when I would be avaliable for
oreintation and I told him I wasn't sure when my road test was. He told me
to called back as soon as I passed my road test. Well today I passed my
road test and called back and found out my application was denied. So I
asked the lady why did this happen and she told me that safety approved it
and the director denied it. I have only had one accident in my life and
three tickets in my life. First ticket I got was in late 2005 early 2006. I
got ticketed for obstrustion of view because of ice on my windshield. This
was in michigan. Second ticket was going 60 in a 55 zone is summer of 07.
Now the accident. I was driving in sevierville TN on winfield dunn parkway
and I looked back at my two year old daugther to make sure her car seat was
buckled up still because she liked to unbuckle the chest snap and move the
shoulder straps behind her. Well I looked back at the road and I saw brake
lights and where we were at the time there was no turn lane. We were in the
left lane of a devided 6 lane road speed limit was 45 I was doing 40. So I
started to slow down and I realized they were stopped and I got on the
brakes and I rear ended the car. He gentleman driving the car and jabed his
finger. This is the personal injury. And what it comes down to was I
mis-judged the sitiution. I had enough room I could have done it
differently. I'm a safe driver. I don't do drugs or drink beer or anything
like that. I am not a job hopper. I have a wife and two kids to support.
I'm a hard worker.
