Exxon 4th quarter profits

exxon has plenty of competition. It only takes 2 (or more). Personally, They're entitled to their profits and they're entitled to part with huge sums of cash when things go wrong. In fact, you speak of small operators ... it's the local retailers, smaller refiners and distributors in regional markets who are realizing the largest markups. If things go bad for Exxon, you're going to have much larger things to worry about to have time to party over Exxon's demise. As Exxon goes, so goes our nations' economy ... The oil/gas companies will be the last to fail .. you can harp on that if you want and if it makes you feel better, but I think your anger is misdirected and misguided if that's the case. There are plenty of other things to be upset about before big oil.
