    The miles matched the ECM . What I meant to say was that it wasn't driven 30,000 miles every year consistantly . Curios to why you say a Detroit in a Volvo is a red headed stepchild situation .

    I would have no qualms about owning either one, and loved my old S60 500 Detroit for the 650k miles I owned the truck.
    If the miles matched up then, not a problem with the mileage. If it didn't do an average of 30k miles a year, year in and year out, not a big deal IMHO. Be prepared to do wheel seals, maybe some brake work, and possibly some seals on the motor.
