The Peelot in Tyson, AL. What a difference in fuel prices today. Topped off yesterday in SC, $3.62 at a Quick Trip. The Peelot next door, $3.79. Then in NC, $4.13/gal. Got back to GA, Quick Trip $3.85 and the Peelot, $4.03. What a difference. Rec'd msg, I have to take a SIM class. Not sure which one. This time of year, probably a skidding one. Laredo on Sunday afternoon. After loaded last night 5 hours late, rec'd 3 msgs, running late, MAC 22, was told not to send since it is a t-call load, This morning received two more. Ohhh well.
Now know the reason for the difference in the Fuel Prices, SC, no IFTA, NC, .37 -

Flying Hook, Orange, TX. For some reason the routing on my GPS changed from Yesterday for today. Yesterday had me going down US 59 to Laredo, and today, go into San Antonio and get 35 down. Same miles. Lets see what it does in the morning.
-
Mine did the exact same thing a couple of months ago.
I wonder if the toll road ( 8 ) to get to 59 had something to do with it...lol.
For what its worth - Did it on a weekend too , no traffic , good road , easy driving ,
park at the terminal or at the pilot just down the street. -
My GPS (RM510) changes it's mind also, from time to time.
But I have a fuel route to follow, and it eventually catches up.
What I often find is that my fuel route is actually the best route. -
Every time that I go to Houston, it is always routing me on the toll road. Really did not want to take 59 from Houston all the way to Laredo.
-
Mine has an option to allow, or not, toll roads.
