The drum disc brake issue is like the older Ford F700 brakes.
High cost up front for air brakes (Inexpensive, easy brake job that takes hours) is nothing compared to Hydromax brakes (HUGE $$$$, pain in the rear, dual hydraulic/brake fluid and takes days).
As the mechanic that had to do the brake jobs, the customer should have gotten the air brakes!
Any opinions on Gooseneck trailers?
