So I wasted a hour of my life this morning had a Mexican come and look at my truck now I'm not talking trash I have the cleanest truck like it I have ever seen don't smoke and don't even eat in it no pets clean clean clean I told this guy find something wrong with it I'll fix it or take $5,000 off the truck after driving it he pulled out $7,500 in cash and put it in my hand.....LOL!!!

What can you buy for $7,500 I've spent that on tires and brakes in the last month

 

Anyone else planning on going to MATS this year???? I was able to find some VIP tickets thru idleAir which will get you in on Thursday at 10am before the show opens. The wife and I are going but only on Thursday. After 8 years of attending the show, I figured out that Thursday is the only SANE day to go, as Fri-Sat are a madhouse. We plan on getting everyhting done in the 1 day.....

HOLY CHET.... that was like a slap in the face then of a $7,500 offer. He's lucky he didn't get a boot to the teeth.

I was offered $30k for my truck while I was at the Star Dealer getting the clutch fixed and I turned it down. It's worth that I'm sure, but having a truck that i know all the history about for the last 2 years is more important to me. Plus it's a pre-emissions truck, and I'd just wind up buying another used truck and someone else's headaches. No thanks

I had my truck and stepdeck rack chains binders tarps straps everything for $35,k and was offerd $20,k for all of it. Last guy offerd me $11,k for the truck like it is chain box stereo CB everything. Just the inclosed headache rack is worth $2,k easy and stereo I have $2,500 in people are nuts. I just put all new super singles on my truck about a month ago and new steer tires total bill with alinement was $5,800

If this thing got better fuel mileage I wouldn't even think about selling it everything is new exept the motor

You'll never get your money out of the stereo system, trust me, I've sold enough cars/trucks that I've built. I'd suggest taking the headache rack and chains off and sell it for $12K cash. then sell the equipment or save it for the next truck, that way you're ahead.
