At cons, in San Antonio. Sunny and 75, actually airing out the truck, and going to do some house cleaning since I can open it up and not freeze. Too bad they are closed, it's a DnH, mt is here, but no people. Oh well, when done going to walk over to main drag, and find a place to watch game.
-
Were you at the Pilot in New Brunfels earlier?
-
Nope, left Flying J in Texarkana, AR about 4 this morning, drove right to cons, with a small break on I-35 somewhere at a rest stop around 08:00
-
OK, saw a van driver as I left the Pilot and then saw you were in the neighborhood. I'm in some small town with a truck stop and a TV off I-10 heading towards Houston. Guess this is where I am going to be for the Super Bowl!
-
Ah, ok. Too bad, I'm not far from 10, but on the west side of San Antonio.
-
Where there the heck is everyone? I'm at a place watching pregame stuff. Just me an waitress so far.
-
Sitting at home getting beat on by kids.
JoeMeltom Thanks this. -
Sitting home, just finished my taxes and getting ready for the game.
-
Ok, not to stereotype, but what just happens is Texas to me. Sitting in the bar, national anthem starts, and the bartender along with other patrons hush everyone. One couple kept talking, and received dirty looks from others. When the song was over, that couple left. Never been in a place like that.
