    These guys kill me. Anything over 50 watts, RUN IT DIRECTLY TO THE BATTERY! If you run it to the fuse panel, you're gonna burn up something and your dash will light up like a Christmas tree when you key the mic. To the KYReject, listen to the others, RUN IT TO THE BATTERY.

    I run my connex 4600 turbo to the factory power points in a 2013 386 pete. Over 38,000 miles and nothing has burnt up yet. Now my amp pulls a little more amps so I ran 8 gauge to the battery box. But if the radio comes with a 30 amp inline fuse then it is fine to run to the power points which go to the fuse box. You just need to upgrade the fuse.
