I had just picked up a load in El Paso heading out amd made a lane change to set up for a left turn onto I10 east. There was a swift bobtail about 2 car lengths back as I made the change. He takes the right lane floors past me and flips me off. We both come to a stop next to each other and I rolled my window down. There were two young guys in the truck.

"That was really professional there man." I told him.

"Do you got a problem? " he said

    "No, do you? I said.

"You want to do something about it? " him and his buddy were smirking

"Sure how about I call Swift and see what they think."

Their smirks disappeared. I rolled up my window and went on my way.

You mean a swift truck actually had the power to pass?

Anyway good way to handle that driver. Kicking 2 wanna be gear jammers ##### wouldve done you no good although they deserved it. However calling swift would do no good either dont think anybodybat that company has half a brain let alone a full one

I wouldnt have called hq in Phoenix, I'd have called the local terminal in El Paso where I'm sure they were headed too. Just as well as I didn't catch their unit number, theyre so #### long, lol. I like having a 3 digit unit number, lol!

Yep you handled it well Packrat, better than I or several of our drivers. Most of us run in 2's, and they probably wouldn't have got out of their truck once we did. Oh they couldn't have moved, unless they drove in the ditch. I think if they would have called our boss, he would have invited them to the company office so he could kick their butts too!!
