Picked up in de queen on Thursday evening. In Denver at king soopers right now. After this I head to Fort Collins to pick up at Anheiser headed to Amarillo for Monday. That is a drop & hook in Fort Collins right? Also can anyone tell me the proper protocol for repairs and tires. All I know is that if I go to ta or petro I can have them put it on the account if less than $1000, but I never call any one. I'm not sure if I'm even supposed to or not. With tires I call Bridgestone and have them set it up with ta or whatever, but that costs money. I haven't been talked to about spending money on maintenance, I just want to be sure I'm doing things right.
I have to admit I was having withdrawals too. Glad its back up.

 

Load planning is gone to sleep. I had a load to Champaign to deliver at 1100you yesterday and they sent me a preplan to Kraft in Aurora,IL and telling me to be there by 1600. Ok I bust my tail to get there and find out my appointment was noon so gotta wait and get worked in today. The broker was none to happy with load planning. I told my FM he should be on top of this and he dropped the ball to.

Yeah just go to TA/Petro if it's less than $1k don't need Authorization of any kind.
Some will claim they have to call but they don't.

If you go somewhere else will need to get TCheck and have the Invoice Faxed.

 

florida was great and now i am at the iowa 80 truck stop where it is 28 degrees and the wind is blowing...i sure miss florida...i felt lost when this thread was down,kinda like linus and his blanket;frogman u are going to enjoy it down there.i was given a green lite on every scale...unusual for florida
