Wow Grand Island plant sure has changed since the last time I was here. All concrete no more craters. I'm sure they spent a fortune to get that done.

Wow they just called and I'm only 2 hours past my appointment time and I have 4 stops. I Kinda like this. Figured I'd be here till about 2am or so. 3 stops in Denver in the morning then over to Utah. Have a pre-plan going to Bronx after that, but I have home time scheduled. IF I didn't have court on the 14th I sure would take it. Still have to see what they are going to do with it. Anyway. Have to go pick up the load. Hope my clock doesn't start. Not trying to leave hear till about Midnight or so. But I know they are famous for over loading a wagon so better make sure I can get across these scales.

Wow they even bring the trailer to you. There's a scale they said we can use it. I was going to but load only weighs 37,000 pounds. They made me turn around and slide my tandems on the street last night when I dropped my trailer. So I didn't want to take the chance to slide the tandems inside and they throw a hissy fit. They did say if it was over weight I would have to get a actual scale ticket from a cat scale or something and come back. I'm going to crunch some numbers to make sure this weight is right. Paperwork says it has 25 pallets on. Think it weighs a little more. I will go ahead and weigh at pilot when I leave I doubt if its over gross. Just want to make sure axle's are good.

Delivered to Colorado premium the other day in Denver that place is a mess, and have to go back again tomorrow. Only 5 pallets so hopefully they don't take all day to unload.

Grand island must have changed a lot of the rules with the new parking lot. I use to use the scale to get the axles right but if it was over weight I wouldnt bother. I take it to the cat scale and get a ticket and come back. Last time I went their they where still working on the lot. Colorado premium is a pain. With 5 pallets you would think it would be a in and out thing. But that place is one of them roll the dice places. Some days you hit a 7 others you get snake eyes.

Rumor has it 3 million for the parking lot in G.I. and they didn't do it just to make life easier on the drivers. Wish they were all so nice, even valet service! You can slide your tandems in the lot before going onto the new 3 axle scale. Make sure to slide them before going in though. I've seen more than a few have to go back on the street to do it because of their crazy rule now. Also, DO NOT depend on them calling when your load is ready. 4 times and counting they didn't call me! 37000 lb load? Still scale it, especially chicken. I've had "37000lb" loads scale out at 78000+ gross. Hmmm, I must of had too much buffet the night before!

I found one of the bills. It was from millard and they didn't add the weight that was on those bills. The bills from milliard said 4,000 something. Total gross was about 76,000. Had 3 pallets for my last stop that went to Ogden Utah. Glad it wasn't icy or windy. It was snowing when I left Utah. I had 42,000 in trailer to hold me down. Then had to deal with the wind in Kansas yesterday.

Jbs has been sucking for me since christmas. Ive had one good week about 3 weeks ago but its been a bunch of crap lately. Christina is the worst dispatcher and the other drivers that ive talked to seem to agree. I can deal with crap loads but not with crap loads and a crap dispatcher. The dedicated run or what they call tour has gone to hell. Im guessing they have to many drivers on it but not sure.

I dont think ill be lasting long , hell I would quit today if I knew where I wanted to go. Im thinking about flat bed but I would have to move to get on with a better company. Well my search is on. Hope you guys are doin better then I and definately hope you dont have whatever negative word youncan think of dispatcher like I.
