Loaded and no fuel, 2 days setting would not make me happy at all. The first ting I would do is find another job and deliver my load and then return the truck to the owner.

 

No fuel, no money to sit there, #### that, I would let his piece of junk sit there and grab a bus ticket home...let him come get the thing himself...

 

That sounds nice, but like MrEd said......

An abandonment on your DAC is a bad thing. And a tightwad like that will surely not be understanding, and will put a bad report on your DAC.


And most companies will not even ask the particulars of such a ding, they will just never call you.

 

I replied to this last week. ###### if my card wasn't refused in Pearsall, TX last night at 2AM. Called boss and he said BS. Went ahead and put $600 on my own card. Turned out the machine was messing up when I entered mileage. Was supposed to be 757225. Was being read as 575225 for some reason. My blood pressure had to be through the roof as I called and woke him up. LOL Should have known better. Have seen no signs of money woes to signal problems. Again-always be able to bail yourself out off bad situation. Hold off on the big screen and I phone 5 until you have the real basics covered.
