4" Firestiks

    Sounds like a radio problem to me...not antennas...been using Firesticks for years with no problems...currently running two 3' Firesticks on a 45 watt radio, in a 2013 Cascadia, using factory coax...I can carry on a conversation at 5 miles anytime, and usually 10 miles.

    I'm not saying they are the very best antenna made...just that they are not your problem

    Probably so, or it's not setup right in the first place. I just bought the radio custom built off the Internet and set it up by myself with no prior CB experience.

    Draped up and drifted out. Know what I'm talking about? Three in the morning, just stashed up my stash spot.
