Not the snoop dogg kind. I'm referring to my truck doors. When I try to open them from the inside I have to pull and yank like crazy. I have a 2000 freightliner century and yes I'm familiar with everyone's opinion that they suck. I just need to know how to remove door panel to see what needs replacing. Dealership here has a week wait and other shops have a couple days wait and both will cost me an inch off my worm. I've already tried removing the screws along outside of the door but no luck. Is there other screws that aren't easily seen? Any tricks to removal? Does the handle need to be removed and if so how? Help would be much appreciated.

eventually, the inside handle will break,YES i am the voice of experience, but getting the door panel off is not a biggie.i spray crc all over the rods, locks, fulcrum points, and keep it aligned to the best of my ability.
unfortunately it is a freightliner and notorious for such hassles.i recall vividly the mid to late 80's doors that you could literally hit the outside in a certain area to unlock it.
the panel can be pried off after removing all the screws and the handle is pulled up while the panel comes off.you'll have to unplug the window wiring but the inner workings are exposed and somewhat easily accessed.txnewbee Thanks this. -
X#1 how do you get the panel off I have gotten as far as removing the screws along outside but no luck am i missing something?

Know you checked this, but will throw it out there, have you checked the striker bolt adjustment? Looks like there is no adjustment but is covered by the washer behind it. About inch of adjustment there. Have had many issues with all makes on that.
