I currently drive for them. I am a new 40 year old driver, been with them for 7 weeks. Great training program, drivers paid by percentage, most driving team operations. I ave learned a lot in the last 15 k miles, and continue to learn more. I would definitely recommend this company. Hometime ..all trucks go threw the yard in eufaula Alabama once a week to get serviced. Fleet trucks are 2013 international lone stars.

Thanks for the information. Did you get to pick your co driver or did they just assign someone to you? Did they pay for your orientation, and how long was the orientation? If you have been out for seven weeks, have you gotten seven checks or do they hold one pay period back like other companies? I am seriously considering them at this point. Thanks for any info you can give.

No orientation BS, the interview is just a sit down conversation. And a drive to see if you can learn how to drive their way. They give you a trainer but they match you up well, if you don't like your trainer they will put you with someone else, no big deal. They hold 50.00 per pay check, till you reach 5000.00. Its team driving as a new driver the pay is 10% of the load, every 3months you get a raise all the way to 14% after you are a 14% driver you can team up with someone or they will find you a driver to team with.. I have been home onEvery week since I started, some weekends and some during the week.
duck65 Thanks this. -
$5000.00 escrow ?
For a company driver ?? -
500.00 typing in a moving truck sucks lol
duck65 Thanks this. -
Thank you very much. The website didn't offer much information other than the basic. Thanks again, maybe I'll see ya in Eufala. Be safe.

$500 or $5000,why an escrow for company drivers? that is bizarre at the very least.they are charging you to drive teams is a slow truck no matter how you break it down.
-
Is Benny still alive and running the place? I worked for them back in the mid 80's. Kind of a odd place back then.
-
Yes and yes, laid back place
the escrow makes sense to me, if you leave a truck or damage property you should have to pay something.
