Im in the market right know in buying a OTR semi, and flatbed trailer. I currently live in sidney mt, were the big oil boom is at, and have a 1974 kennworth, (not OTR quality :biggrin_25513:) and a 200 bbls water trailer. Its slowed down alot right now in the oil feild and looking to maybe haul freight in the winter months when it is slow like this

My question is.... WERE THE HELL IS THE MONEY BEING MADE?! in OTR Transport? I signed up to Real Time Freight and peoples rates on there are like .70-1.00/mile.....??? theres got to be more money to be made in flatbed OTR transport.

    Please help.

your best would be to lease on to someone in your area.
