C13 kcb pyro gets over 1000 fairly quick and low pressure exhaust housing is pink.....air to air by itself holds 60 psi. Pump up whole engine from precooler discharge forward holds 50 + psi til tool I made to test starts leaking..... Air compressor is isolated. .... Wastegate is at spec and no leaks there....bellow pipes are new..... Turbos are less than three months old.....exhaust is free flow Donaldson and can't find any restrictions in exhaust....pyro probe is new....thanks in advance RW

I know this will sound redundant but go back and retighten ALL the clamps on both turbos and the bellows too. When I replaced both on my C-15 the mechanic told me to run it a week then retighten when stone cold (after sitting 24 hrs). I did that but still low boost and high EGT's, and high water temp, checked and rechecked everything you did and nothing worked. Mostly out of desperation I rechecked the clamps and loose again, short story it took 3-4 weekly re-tightening to get them to stay tight. Also you did not mention anything about the pre-cooler,(does it even have one? I don't know a whole lot about C-13's) You might want to check it for restrictions. Does the high pressure charger make any heat at all? If not, that is probably the source of restriction. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but on mine it took 2 trips to Cat to get 2 good turbos.

Might sound silly but are your air filters clean? You may have a bad injector leaking fuel into cylinder? If you have turbo boost gauge, are u still getting normal boost level?

Air filters are new and boots are tight. I am pulling turbos apart to check for cracks. Boost is at spec

Yyeah i would recheck everything that had been done. If a heart surgeon can leave tools in a chest cavity than a mechanic can tool behind too. I once found a rag in my air filter. Just sayin'

Update- I took the turbos off to check for exhaust housing cracks...they were ok as they were only a few weeks old.....got to looking at the stainless bellows and noticed they had them on backwards....the hot Side has a flow direction.....reinstalled correctly when remounting turbos and problems is solved....it has the euro file..it does well for little motor

    Licensed to kill Thanks this.

Mark I may get blasted for this but he intake actuators are causing an inflated boost reading ......disable them and boost is less...on the c15 makes same power on chassis dyno but boost is 8 to 10 lbs less....than with actuators working
